Regional Business Development Executive

£18,000PA + COMMISSION – HORWICH, BOLTON

Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: £18,000pa + Uncapped commission earnings (realistic OTE £30,000)
Industry: Digital Marketing & Advertising
Location: Horwich, Bolton, UK.

Your Role: To develop our agency client portfolio for our services of white label SEO to agencies throughout the North West.

We are looking to provide an exciting opportunity to a business development executive based in Bolton who will be responsible for leading up the business development strategy here at Piccana. Primary duties will involve attending networking events, promoting the brand at trade shows and establishing new client relationships with digital & web design agencies, along with other business development activities. Excellent commissions available for every new client brought on board.

Candidates should:

Have sales or business development experience (preferably in the advertising & marketing sector, but this is not essential).
Be able to represent our company in a professional and friendly manner.

SEO Executive

£20,000PA – BOLTON

Position: SEO Executive
Salary: £20,000pa+
Industry: Digital Marketing & Advertising
Location: Horwich, Bolton, UK.

Your Role: To create, execute & manage effective SEO campaigns across both local & national channels

We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive with a great track record to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will be creating, managing and executing effective SEO strategies for our local & national SEO clients. Small amounts of international SEO work will also be required.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical SEO and understand how the structure of a website can impact its rankings in search engines. In addition, outreach/link building experience would be beneficial.

You will be working closely with our in house copywriter to create & promote relevant content on behalf of our clients.

Candidates should:

• Have a background/some experience in technical SEO (ideally 2 years plus).
• Have proof of effective SEO campaigns they have undertaken – this can be agency side, in-house or freelance/personal projects.
• Be comfortable with outreach methods and white hat link building.
• Be able to manage & plan their own workload – our office is a flexible working environment where you choose your own hours and working direction.

We’re not bothered about:

• Education background or degrees – willingness to learn is much more important!
• People who are all talk and no results. We want demonstrable, proven results.
• Those who only use Black Hat techniques. Whilst a knowledge of Black Hat is useful in fully understanding SEO, all our work is white-hat only.
